 Soutenir et accompagner les producteurs locaux en leurs achetant   des raisins certifiés bio ou en cours de certification 

 

 Pratiquer une vinification sans intrant

 (levure, filtration, sulfite...)

 

Story of father and son, gathered around the same philosophy :

 

  - Promoting organic grapes in the south of Ardeche 

  - Purchase certified organic grapes from local producers

  - Practice winemaking,

without additions of oenological products (yeasts, filtration, sulphites...)

 

 

 

Tous les raisins que nous achetons sont issus de vignes conduites en Agriculture biologique.

Nous travaillons depuis toujours en adéquation avec la chartre d'engagement de VIN METHODE NATURE et n'ajoutons JAMAIS aucun intrant aux vins que nous produisons.

 

Certains des raisins que nous achetons sont en conversion, 2eme ou 3eme année, vers la BIO, ce qui explique pourquoi toutes nos cuvées ne sont pas labellisées VIN METHODE NATURE. 

 

 

All the grapes we buy come from vines managed in organic farming.

We have always worked in adequacy with the VIN METHODE NATURE commitment charter

and NEVER add any input to the wines we produce. 

                                                                                Some of the grapes we buy are in conversion, 2nd or 3rd year, to ORGANIC,                                                       which explains why all our vintages are not labeled NATURE METHODE WINE.
